Payment Information

Cedarburg Light & Water offers the following convenient methods for you to pay your electric and water bill.

Auto-Pay

Payments can be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking account with Auto-Pay.  We prefer customers pay by Auto-Pay as there is presently no fee to the customer or CL&W for this service.  Auto-Pay will help you in several ways:

  • Saves you time because there are fewer checks to write.
  • Helps meet your commitment in a convenient and timely manner - even if you are on vacation or out of town.
  • Maintains good credit - your payment is always on time and there are no lost or misplaced statements.
  • Saves postage.
  • Easy to start, easy to cancel and it's FREE!
Auto-Pay is dependable, flexible, convenient and easy. You will continue to receive a monthly billing statement so you can record the amount in your check register and monitor your monthly electric and water usage. Your payment will not be withdrawn until the date the bill is due.

It’s easy! You will be required to mail (or deliver) your completed application along with a voided check to the utility office. To print an application click here. Or, if you'd prefer we mail an application to you, please email your name and address to Andrea Blawat and ask for an Auto-Pay application.

Within 5 working days of receiving your application, CL&W will have your account set up for Auto-Pay.

No hassle, no fees. Sign up today -- it's free!
